“We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them.” – Albert Einstein.

It’s true. Self-healing starts with the self – awareness. It’s an inside job. When we don’t heal the wounds from within, from our subconscious, they surface in the form of triggers, repeating patterns, self-sabotage, relationship issues, false and limiting belief, or even as illness in our physical body. You need to heal the way you think to heal the way you feel. It changes your vibrations, blocks the flow of energy in your body.

The good news is, you can heal yourself. Here are few of the ways you can do that:

  • Start by unblocking the flow of energy by being open to healing, by identifying the root cause of these issues. Observe your reasons to the triggers. Observe your thoughts and redirect them towards healing and positive thoughts.
  •  Believe you can heal yourself to help you move in the direction of awareness of wellness and recovery. Become more open and accepting of your pain. You need to fully feel the pain to heal yourself.
  • Hear and acknowledge your thoughts and feelings. What messages are your emotions trying to convey? Make the necessary changes to guide your thoughts and emotions.
  • Forgive yourself for feeling this way. Be compassionate with towards yourself. Focus on self-love and self-care.
  • Journaling your thoughts and feeling will help you be observant and aware of your thoughts and feeling. Try to replace these thoughts with some positive thoughts in your journal.
  • Practice positive affirmations every day to help you make the shift towards self-healing.

As said by Steve Harvey – “If you are going through hell, keep going. Why would you stop in hell?”

Healing is not linear, its small step and progress towards become what you truly are again. You can be healing and still feel afraid anxious, triggered, tender, fogged. Don’t worry about it, keep going. Always Remember, self-healing is graceful journey through the process of finding your peace, your calm, your joy, your purpose and YOU.

Take care of yourself.
